Mezcal in Mexico City
Mexico is the land of tequila, so you’d expect that Mexico City would be a great place to try a wide variety of tequilas, right? Well, wrong. For whatever strange reason, we’ve found that there’s very little choice in tequilas in this city of 21 million people. Instead, they’re all into mezcal. We went to one popular mezcal hotspot, just around the corner from our house, to see what the fuss was about – and then wrote about it for TasteTequila.com.
